Privacy policy

When you apply, we collect what you type into the form: the kind of funding and amount you want, your business name, how long you have been in business, your average monthly revenue, and your name, email and phone number. If you upload bank statements or other documents, we store those too.

We also record how you found us: a referral code from a partner, or the ad campaign you clicked. Our servers log standard request details such as your IP address and browser.

Partners and team members give us a name, email and a password, which we store hashed.

To look at your application, decide which lenders may be a fit, send it to them, and contact you about it by phone, text or email. We also use it to keep records, prevent abuse and meet legal duties.

Our team. The lenders and lending partners we send your application to, who then handle it under their own privacy policies. A partner who referred you can see your business name and where your application stands, not your financial details. The vendors that run our service, listed on the subprocessors page. Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your information.

The application page asks whether you accept an ad-measurement cookie. Only if you accept, Meta receives a record that you visited and submitted the application, through the Meta Pixel and its Conversions API. Declining changes nothing about your application.

When you submit the application you agree that we and the lenders we refer you to may call or text the number you gave about your application. Consent is not a condition of funding. Tell us to stop and we will, or reply STOP to a text.

We set one cookie to keep team members and partners signed in. Applicants do not need an account. The ad-measurement cookie above is off until you accept it.

We keep an application for as long as we need it to handle your request and meet our legal and record-keeping duties. To see what we hold or ask us to delete it, write to privacy@gigaww.com. We will delete what we are allowed to delete, and tell you what we must keep and why. A lender that already has your application has its own copy, so ask it as well.

Connections to Giga Worldwide are encrypted. Access to applications is limited to our team by role. No system is perfectly secure, so send us only what is needed.
